Telemedicine Clinic (TMC) a Unilabs company is Europes leading teleradiology provider. TMC pioneered teleradiology services in Europe when it was founded backin 2002 and has since become a vital partner for more than 150 radiology departments in the UK Sweden Denmarkand Norway.
Overall the group employs 500 radiologists and 200 pathologists and is active in 15 countries. More European hospitals are realising the advantages of managing their reading capacity in a network with TMC and over the past four years we have had an average annual growth of 25 percent. This year our team of highly specialised radiologists will report close to 800.000 cases making a significant positive impact on the life of patients and hospital staff.
Roleand Responsibilities
- Data Management in HRIS for the employee lifecycle and data quality checks.
- Starters and Leavers process:
- Checklist New Hires and Leavers (medical and non-medical staff).
- Agenda preparation and coordination of onboarding programs for non-medical staff.
- Support on contract preparation.
- HRIS Hiring/exit process.
- Onboarding documentation monitoring and review.
- Absence management: monitoring absences and integration between Absence management tool and time management tool.
- HR ticketing system: categorisation and prioritisation of tickets weekly dashboard preparation...)
- HRIS data upload for new features/modules implemented.
- Medical registration review for medical staff.
- Support on the implementation of the Information Quality Management system.
- Support on internal training coordination and administration.
- Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and statistics (i.e. number of employees sick rate market research etc.).
- Meeting quality and production standards and deadlines.
- Utilizing designated equipment skillfully effectively and efficiently.
- Working and communicating in a cooperative and positive manner with supervisory staff management medical staff and co-workers.
Required Experience Knowledge Skills
- Educational background You have a university degree and an interest in HR.
- MS Office You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Language skills- TMC is a multinational and diverse company. Our company language is English and therefore you need to demonstrate an advanced level of written and spoken English.
