What Youll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAPs global strategic paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

• Project scope and deliverables What will the intern be working on and what outcomes are expected

Become a member of the SAP HCM Customer Onboarding Team supporting with key tasks and activities whilst engaging with customers direct through 1:many and 1:1 touchpoints.

• Business impact How will this work create meaningful value for the business (beyond supplemental tasks like data entry or admin work)

Onboarding is a critical phase of the Customer Value Journey. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the customer experience at scale.

• Team environment and collaboration Who will the intern work with and what type of support or mentorship will they receive

Collaborate with a team of Onboarding Experts to drive best practice onboarding guidance to customers and partners at scale. You will also work with other teams including other partner and customer facing teams to ensure SAP shows up as One Team to our customers.

Gain a thorough understanding of SAP technology and how we help customers achieve key goals and competitive advantage.
