About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Officer to join our Residential Property Management team in Gladstone on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Leasing Officer you will be supporting the team in leasing of properties and providing excellent administrative support toensure a seamless service to our clients. With the backing of the Elders network you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career.

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Officer you will:

  • Provide expert administrative support to the team
  • Organise the advertising of properties
  • Organise open homes and the showing of properties
  • Assess tenancy applications
  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities including helping at field days and community events

About you

To succeed at Elders you will:

  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain one)
  • Hold a current drivers licence
  • Have excellent communication negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player who is enthusiastic energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Be smart resourceful forward thinking and embrace technology
