About the role:
We are thrilled to offer multiple dynamic opportunities for a Graduate Construction Manager to join our team. Our structured two-year program features a nurturing environment for growth and development. You will have the chance to contribute to exciting substations and transmission lines projects working in a fast-paced setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions have a meaningful impact.
As part of this role youll have the exciting opportunity to work on project sites across the country gaining hands-on experience in managing all aspects of construction projects. This includes overseeing safety time cost quality and subcontractor management. Additionally you will have the chance to complete a Certificate IV in Health and Safety while building valuable real-world experience in the field.
What We Look for in Our Graduates:
- A Bachelors degree (or higher) in Construction Management
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A passion for learning and growing within the industry
- Experience working in construction alongside tradespeople
- Ability to work in remote areas on projects sites with various rosters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in Australia
