Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Adult ED / ICU Holding
Location: Syracuse NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Shifts per Week: 3
Hours per Week: 36
Weekends: Every other weekend required
Holidays: Some required
Floating: May float to units within competency
Pay:
Local: $2380.50 per week
Travel: $2725 per week
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care for adult patients in an ED/ICU Holding Unit. The RN will assess monitor and treat critically ill patients while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor critically ill adult patients
Implement and evaluate patient care plans
Perform emergency and ICU nursing interventions
Document patient care in EMR
Work closely with physicians and care teams
Float to other units when required
Requirements:
Active New York State RN license
Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience
ICU experience required
BLS (AHA) certification
Strong communication and clinical skills
Preferred:
Emergency Department experience
Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers
EPIC EMR experience
