Court Liaison & Patient Advocate PRN Days | Voyages Sugar Land

We are looking for a Court Liaison & Patient Advocate to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

This position is responsible for acting as a court liaison helping to drive our patient experience program and collaborating with key leaders to help come up with ways to provide better experiences for our patients.

Education and Training: Bachelors Degree in related field preferred. Criminal Justice background preferred. Current BLS certificate. Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in healthcare or customer service is required. Psychiatric setting is preferred.
