CRM Slate Manager

Job Summary:MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) is seeking a competent self-starter as a CRM Manager who supports the effective operation maintenance and user experience of MidAmerica Nazarene Universitys Slate CRM admissions system. Reporting to the Senior Data Administrator this position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data efficient workflows and high-quality communications that support recruitment admissions and student engagement. The role is hybrid combining on-campus collaboration with remote work flexibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Slate CRM forms events queries rules and communication flows.
• Monitor CRM processes to ensure accuracy timeliness and alignment with institutional enrollment goals.
• Provide day-to-day support for Slate users including troubleshooting documentation and training.
• Assist with data imports exports and integration checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Conduct routine data audits and quality checks to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
• Build and schedule email and text communications within Slate Deliver ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
• Support event management workflows including registration forms confirmations reminders and follow-up communications.
• Assist with the creation of dashboards reports and queries for Enrollment Marketing and Student Success teams.
• Participate in testing implementation and documentation of new CRM features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with campus partners to understand operational needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM processes configurations and user guides.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Slate tools such as Queries Reports Rules Deliver Forms and Events.
• Familiarity with HTML or basic SQL.
• Experience supporting admissions and enrollment operations.
• Prior experience in data management process coordination or CRM administration.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
• Regular interaction with Admissions Enrollment and Marketing teams in a collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
