This position is located in Sarver PA and we are hiring for both day and night shifts. 20% shift differential is paid for working the night shift.

What You Will Do as a Wirecut Operator:
Operate Wire Electrical Discharge Machines (EDM) to produce precision components.
Perform routine maintenance and basic wire-EDM functions including removing slugs from workpieces.
Run multiple machines simultaneously and plan workloads to maximize unattended operations.
Plan workloads to maximize unattended machine operations and production efficiency.
Locate diagnose and correct problems in equipment and systems using testing tools and prior experience.
Comply with all company quality system standards safety and security procedures.
Maintain a clean orderly and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to our Team:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of algebra geometry and trigonometry.
Strong written verbal or other forms of communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Must be a U.S. citizen or be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Ability to wear personal protection equipment such as earplugs safety glasses and safety shoes.
Ability to stand sit stool kneel or work in bent positions for up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with control and unassisted.
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior machining or wire EDM experience a plus.
