The Senior Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and developing their portfolio primarily composed of clients using the Dartagnan solution. The role focuses on optimizing customer satisfaction strengthening trusted relationships and increasing revenue by driving retention and growth within existing accounts.
As the main point of contact for existing clients the Senior Account Manager works closely with New Business Sales CSM Marketing and Product teams to align client objectives with the companys strategic goals.
Account Development:
Work in collaboration with the Head of Customer Experience to design and implement account management strategies aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify growth opportunities (upselling and cross-selling).
Commercially responsible for ensuring contractual commitments and renewals are properly managed (financial and legal commitments).
Ensure accurate and consistent maintenance of internal CRM tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with New Business for Land & Expand CSM Marketing and Product teams to address client needs in a consistent and effective manner.
Contribute to cross-functional projects to align client needs with product developments and company priorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of account management processes.
Participate in trade shows organized by JustRelate or events where JustRelate is represented.
Work closely with support teams (administration finance etc.).
Provide analysis and reporting to the Head of Account Managers.
Prepare analysis and reporting for the Executive Committee (CODIR).
Escalate in real time any major risks identified for a client.
Market & Technology Monitoring:
Conduct market and competitive monitoring related to the companys target markets and its clients industries.
Structure and document insights to ensure knowledge is recorded and shared internally.
