Job Summary
Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer hands on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our architects and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Level 3 -Java Backend Developer
Exp 6-8 years
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. 6 years experience developing and managing RESTful API applications with microservices architecture.
3. 6 years of experience in Spring Boot and/or Spring.
4. 6 years experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.
5. Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.
6. Excellent working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.
7. Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.
8. Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON Web Services XML XSLT PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments
9. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment
Roles and responsibilities:

technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka Microservices and Mongo DB integrations

be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.
closely with leadership and the whole Tech team
to guide team members to create test plans and ensure the issues are properly identified fixed and tested.
all code incorporating the best practices.
