Job Summary
Roles and Responsbilites:
1 To ensure that Quality Management Systems are well maintained and implemented practically.
2 To ensure proper quality of drawings and details with right specifications are received at site
3 To ensure quality parameters set out for contractors & materials are adhered to. (as per P.O/W.O)
4 To ensure ISO QMS adherence and implementation
5 To ensure that customer complaints are reduced by upgrading process & system & adopting new technology/ production.
6 To ensure House-Keeping of work place is maintained properly and regularly.
7 To verify and track the Project Plan to achieve handover date. (By means of weekly & monthly reporting system)
8 To foresee problematic or critical points which will delay the project and proactively plan & match it by earlier given end date.
9 To ensure that requisition for material drawings contractors are raised well in advance & met in time.
10 To ensure that customer alterations are done within budget & on time
11 To establish and ensure systems to control wastage of materials (nearing towards zero) to reduce wastage amount from estimated cost of wastage.
12 To verify bills and material requisition in order to ensure that there is no over run of cost to innovate ideas to reduce cost of construction activities
13 To ensure reconcillation is done periodically and systematically for all material (every quarter )
14 To ensure that fixed assets at site are not misused mishandled and used to its optimum usage (pumps computer telephone lifts walkie talkie fax machines lab equipments etc at site).
15 To ensure everybody at site follows safety rules such as wearing safety helmets belts shoes etc.& To ensure safety against electrical or fire related accidents. & To ensure safety of neighboring building residents and maintain environmental related specifications.
16 To lead the team & deal with other dept. with teamwork spirit
17 To ensure timely updation and proper maintenance of documentation and reports.
18 To ensure properly and timely completion and submission of monthly reports.
19 To ensure proper filling and maintenance of all important records approvals I.O.M Drawings documents M.O.M etc.
20 To ensure safe and proper storage and stacking of materials at site/godown
