Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Planning & Cost Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in marble and natural stone cladding and flooring works. The role involves project planning quantity take-offs cost estimation budgeting and coordination with execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. Minimum 5 years in planning and cost estimation for interiors / finishing works (preferably marble stone fitout facade)

Understand marble/stone selection cutting polishing fixing methods Knowledge of dry cladding systems wet fixing adhesives anchoring systems Familiarity with shop drawings and cutting lists is essential Preparation of BOQ rate analysis and estimation. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field is mandatory.
