Necessary: Diploma in Hotel Management
Desirable: BHM/ Graduation (any)
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the reception area serve as first point of contact and provide a
positive member and guest experience.
Key Accountabilities
Answer questions address concerns and provide information about the clubs facilities services and events to members in a professional demeanor.
Maintain member/guest registration entries through Clubmate software & process their check-in/check-out
Process membership applications and payments through Clubmate software.
Maintain & update various registers viz. Activity book Cash book and registers meant for recreational facilities (Gym Tennis court Swimming pool Volleyball Basketball Library Table Tennis etc) used by members/guests.
Ensure enrollment form is sent to members for creation of their dependents (spouse/children) membership.
Connect with eligible members for the conversion of their ordinary membership to trust membership and seek necessary documentation.
Communicate with members for collection of Annual Payment fees and apply necessary charges for late payment through Clubmate.
Extend necessary assistance to Management Committee during the Ballot process.
Coordination with all Departments for extending excellent club experience to member/guests.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Manager.
