Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in motor control systems and power electronics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware design power conversion systems and hardware testing along with the ability to collaborate with software and product development teams to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware systems for motor control and power electronics applications.

  • Work on AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems including transformers inductors and PFC circuits.

  • Develop and support motor control hardware designs (around 10 kW power systems).

  • Perform hardware testing validation and debugging of electronic systems.

  • Write test software/scripts to validate hardware functionality and troubleshoot issues.

  • Work closely with software teams to ensure proper hardware-software integration.

  • Provide technical guidance to product development teams on EMI/EMC and Functional Safety (FuSa) requirements.

  • Analyze hardware issues and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and reliability requirements.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in hardware design and development.

  • Good knowledge of motor control hardware and power electronics.

  • Experience in AC/DC and DC/DC power conversion systems.

  • Understanding of transformers inductors and power system components.

  • Experience in hardware testing and debugging.

  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance and Functional Safety (FuSa).

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (software product development).

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in high-power motor systems (around 10 kW).

  • Familiarity with power electronics design tools and testing equipment.

  • Experience working in EV power electronics or industrial automation domains
