The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level executive administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors Chair and contributes to the effective functioning of the Executive Office.
This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling preparing high-quality reports and correspondence coordinating governance and board-related processes and ensuring efficient communication across executive leadership internal departments government agencies and external stakeholders.
The Senior Executive Assistant acts as a trusted liaison and plays a key role in supporting organisational priorities strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
