Finance Operations Coordinator / Senior Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Onset Group Sydney Hybrid (4 days onsite) 25 hours per week

Were looking for aFinance Operations Coordinator / Senior Bookkeeperto take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role supports the Operations Manager and works closely with our finance support team to keep financial processes running accurately and efficiently.
The Role
Youll manage core finance operations including invoicing reconciliations debtor management and financial administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Billing & Revenue Operations
Manage client invoicing
Ensure billing accuracy
Reconcile CRM and accounting data
Accounts Receivable
Monitor outstanding invoices
Manage debtor follow-ups
Maintain clean receivable records
Financial Operations
Perform daily bank reconciliations
Maintain financial records in Xero
Manage finance queries and internal reporting support
Compliance
Support statutory obligations including:
BAS
Payroll tax
Fringe Benefits Tax
Workers compensation reporting
You will work with external accountants to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
What Were Looking For
StrongXero experience
Bookkeeping finance admin or accounts background
Accounts receivable and reconciliation experience
High attention to detail
Strong spreadsheet skills
Organised and process-driven
Experience in recruitment environment is highly required.

Typical structure:
10:00am 3:00pm MondayFriday
Other part-time arrangements can be discussed.
