Our client based in the East Rand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 3 to 6-month temporary assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can step in and provide strategic and operational HR support during a transitional period. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing HR team
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide general HR operational support to the department.
- Manage the Human Resources function for the assigned department.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies procedures and best practices.
- Manage employee relations including disciplinary processes grievances and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation including BCEA LRA and other relevant regulations.
- Support performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records Documentation and reporting.
- Maintain and oversee HR administration records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the other HR Managers and HR team.
- Support organisational development and HR strategy implementation.
- Provide guidance on training development and employee engagement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements- Relevant HR qualification (Degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or related field)
- 4 7 years experience in an HR Manager role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA LRA EE POPIA etc.)
- Experience handling employee relations disciplinary processes and CCMA matters
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assist with HR operations in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start immediately.
