Job Summary

Our client based in the East Rand is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team on a 3 to 6-month temporary assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who can step in and provide strategic and operational HR support during a transitional period. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing HR team


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide general HR operational support to the department.
  • Manage the Human Resources function for the assigned department.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies procedures and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations including disciplinary processes grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation including BCEA LRA and other relevant regulations.
  • Support performance management processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records Documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain and oversee HR administration records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the other HR Managers and HR team.
  • Support organisational development and HR strategy implementation.
  • Provide guidance on training development and employee engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant HR qualification (Degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or related field)
  • 4 7 years experience in an HR Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA LRA EE POPIA etc.)
  • Experience handling employee relations disciplinary processes and CCMA matters
  • Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to assist with HR operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately.
