Salaries are based upon full-time/40 hours worked per week. Work schedules and days off are at the discretion of the Supervisor. This position may require working weekends and/or holidays.
Please Note:Salary range compensation by hours worked is determined by several factors including experience seniority the agencys budget and the nature of the role (e.g. short-term contract vs. full-time position). For union positions salary is determined in accordance with the applicable bargaining units salary schedule and governing regulations.

The Department of Conservation and Recreation seeks applicants for the position Seasonal Laborer I atBreakheart Reservation for the 2026 Summerseason.
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
Seasonal Laborers perform and assist with a variety of duties in connection with conservation and maintenance work including but not limited to grounds and facility maintenance work including cutting grass raking leaves watering painting rubbish removal beautification of parks campgrounds and reservations beaches and facilities.
May be expected to use a variety of hand tools.
May operate motor vehicles and light trucks including loading and unloading of supplies equipment etc.
Greet and assist park visitors and provide information about the facility.
Based on assignment collect fees and may be required to possess a current and valid Motor Vehicle Operators License.
Perform other related duties as required.
