We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1500 providers in Indianapolis IN. This opportunity is located at our Community Hospital South campus.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work with our Pulmonary/Critical Care group at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis IN.

PRN day opportunity. Weekend requirement two (2) ten-hour weekend shifts every four (4) weeks.
Inpatient critical care and rounding at Community Hospital South
Critical care experience as a licensed Registered Nurse Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred
Must have experience with critical care procedures (intubations central lines etc.)
Electronic Medical Record system (EPIC)
Competitive compensation

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
