What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas warehouses loading docks parking areas and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns for reporting.
• Monitor access points check identification and/or visitor credentials as required and assist with vehicle and truck traffic flow near entrances shipping and receiving areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate and following post orders.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols incidents and unusual activity and communicate security-related information to site contacts and incoming officers during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years law enforcement experience or 2 years security supervisor/manager experience or 3 years security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
