As an OPD Staff Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our outpatient department. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support in the outpatient department
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with healthcare technologies and patient management systems is a plus
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
