As part of Intrepids end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem we gain broad exposure across operations collaborate with cross-functional experts and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.
As an Affiliate Associate/Senior Associate You Will Take Charge Of
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness engagement and sales on TikTok.
Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners providing support guidance and incentives to drive performance.
Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends algorithms and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing sales and product development to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.
What We Are Looking For - The Ideal Profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing influencer relations or digital marketing with a focus on TikTok.
Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of TikToks platform features trends and algorithms.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
Creativity: Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling.
Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization.
Mindset: Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
