Job Summary

Business Development Representative (BDR)

26000 base commission OTE 35k40k
Hybrid Crawley)


Were hiring a motivated Junior BDR to join our growing sales team and help generate new opportunities within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market. This is an ideal role for someone energetic confident on the phone and eager to build a long-term sales career.

What Youll Be Doing


Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
Prospecting MSPs across the UK US Canada & Australia
Making high-volume semi qualified outbound calls (700 per month)
Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
Creating fully qualified opportunities in the CRM
Supporting occasional events and participating in monthly outreach days


What Were Looking For


Confident speaking to new people
Resilient positive and target-driven
Organised proactive and hungry to learn
Technology Sales experience helpful but not essential


Earnings & Progression


26000 per annum basic (possibly negotiable for the right person)
Realistic OTE of 35k40k YR1
Clear pathway: BDR Junior BDM BDM
