Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will work closely with clients and internal development teams to gather analyze and document business requirements. The ideal candidate will translate client requirements into clear functional specifications and support the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders
Prepare and maintain documentation such as SRS functional specifications and user stories
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for development teams
Define acceptance criteria and test cases for new features or enhancements
Collaborate with developers QA and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
Support API and integration documentation where required
Identify potential gaps in requirements and propose improvements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation (SRS BRD user stories)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile / Scrum)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of APIs system integrations and data flows
Familiarity with tools like JIRA Postman Swagger or similar
Exposure to cloud-based systems or microservices architecture

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Information Systems or a related field. 3-6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role preferably in the software development or IT consulting industry. Experience in writing detailed Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) functional specifications technical documentation and user stories. Strong understanding of system architecture APIs services and integrations. Experience in developing detailed test cases. Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) including Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience using tools like Word & Excel. Preferred Skills: Experience with API documentation and integration design. Familiarity with cloud-based systems microservices architecture and distributed systems. Knowledge of databases data flow and system architecture best practices. Experience working with tools like Swagger Postman or similar API documentation tools.
