Full-Stack Developer

• Build and backend services and React front-end applications.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding improve code quality and streamline engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with Product DevOps UX and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality production-grade solutions.
• Implement backend logic using SQL Server and optimize data access and processing for scalability and performance.
• Provide production support ensuring reliability and stability of services and AI-enabled features.

• Design develop and Core / .NET services and React applications supporting user-facing and internal capabilities.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into applications (e.g. intelligent search automated insights conversational features).
• Apply AI-assisted engineering tools in daily development to boost productivity automate repetitive tasks and improve delivery speed.
• Implement backend workflows and SQL Server procedures to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Ensure scalability performance observability and security across applications and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver maintainable high-impact solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support and troubleshoot production systems including AI-enabled components.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals: object-oriented programming system design data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building production systems Core (APIs middleware dependency injection).
• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using React including component design and state management.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and accelerate delivery.
• Strong SQL Server expertise: stored procedures query tuning schema design and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines automation monitoring and modern DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams.
