Qualifications
- Required:
- MD/DO with valid licensure
- 8 years of medical practice experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication organization and documentation skills
- Preferred:
- Masters in Business or Healthcare Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Align clinical teams through strategic communication and mentorship
- Lead the development of care protocols and quality standards
- Oversee compliance with FQHC regulations and federal/state mandates
- Identify growth opportunities and improve care delivery models
- Represent ELFHCC externally and foster community relationships
- Guide internal quality initiatives to boost patient outcomes
- Ensure seamless coordination across departments and teams
- Serve as a liaison between administration and clinical staff
