We are looking for potential participants for our 2026 Summer Internship Program and are excited to invite driven and self-motivated candidates to apply! Ensono is dedicated to cultivating talented individuals with unique skillsets who know how to dream big and build bigger! This is a paid position.

Ensonos paid internship is a 12-week program that runs from May 18th to August 7th 2026 and could lead to a part-time or full-time position within Ensono.

What you can look forward to doing:

As a Sales Operations Intern youll gain exposure to the processes analytics and programs that support our sales organization. Youll collaborate with Sales Operations professionals and cross-functional teams to help keep our sales engine running efficiently and effectively.

• Support the documentation communication and execution of sales operations processes and best practices
• Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings summits and programs
• Help prepare recurring reports metrics and dashboards used by sales leadership
• Collect organize and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance
• Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects
• Maintain tracking documentation and reporting related to sales initiatives
• Learn how sales operations align with Ensonos broader business strategy and client outcomes

Our summerinternshipis the entry point into our 12-month rotational program. The program aims to create a pathway to full time employment and develop well rounded junior associates with great potential.

Each summer we choose two interns to join Ensono full-time and gain experience in different departments over 3-month rotations. Because of this our ideal intern candidate would graduate in Winter or Spring 2026 and be interested in full-time opportunities after theinternshipends.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in business operations or sales analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in sales operations consulting or professional services
• Comfort working with data reports and basic dashboards
• A proactive self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn
• Ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business goals
