You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Chihuahua Chihuahua location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role you will impact our manufacturing equipment and building systems by providing technical support and expertise contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are well-maintained and operate smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with the engineering team to manage the design maintenance and optimization of infrastructure and systems within the facilities.
Monitor the condition and functionality of facility assets coordinating repairs replacements or upgrades as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as industrial engineering mechanical engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering.
Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience with budget management and cost-effective solutions.
Intermediate English level.
