About the role.
Werelooking for a Head of Digital Trading and Merchandisingwhosexcited to shape the future of how customers discover and shop with us. Reporting to the Digital Directoryoulltake the lead on all digital trading and merchandising across our websites and revenue delivery champion onsite performance and bring a strategic yethands-onmindset to afast-pacedhigh visibilityarea of the business.

What youll be doing:
- Deliver revenue targets and budget expectations
- Lead all onsite trading and merchandising activity to maximise commercial performance
- Continuously improve conversion rate in line with agreed targets
- Build and refine processes that support smartdata ledmerchandising and trading decisions
- Recruitcoachand develop ahigh performingteam
- Translate data into clear stories and share meaningful insight with stakeholders
- Oversee workflow across the team including request trackingprioritisationand approvals
- Anticipate future needs in people tech and ways of working and design practical solutions
- Drive continuous optimisation through experimentation testing and dataled improvements
About you.
Technicalexpertise
- Proven experience in digital trading and merchandising within a digital retail environment
- Deep knowledge of merchandising principlestoolsand best practices
- Strongproficiencywith analytics and optimisation platforms such as GA4 Power BI Content SquareSimilarwebCelebrusorAppsflyer
- Confidence turning data into actionable insights and compelling storytelling
Leadership and behaviours
- Experienced people leader with a passion for coaching and developinghighperformingteams
- Brilliant communicator who can influence at every level
- Strong stakeholder management skills across varied teams and seniority levels
- Commercially minded action oriented and energised by a fastmoving digital retail environment
- Comfortable driving change at pace and embedding new ways of working
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in ecommerce digital tradingmerchandisingor digital product environments
- Additionaltraining in analytics CRO or merchandising tools is a bonus
