The role focuses on ensuring programs run smoothly staff are well supported and participants have a positive and engaging will lead a team responsible for delivering a broad range of activities including aquatic-based programs including inflatable sessions alongside diving and wave pool activitiesalongsidestadium-based programs across sports such as volleyball squash table tennisfutsalbadminton and many more across MSACs amazing role combines operational leadership with program development. You will oversee staff recruitmentrosteringand development while alsoidentifyingopportunities to strengthen and expand programs to meet community demand. Working closely with other teams across MSAC you will ensurethat programs are safe well planned and aligned withourcommitment to high-quality closely with state sporting associations schools companies communitygroupsand our fantastic team to create unforgettable experiences.
