Due to continued growth and a secured pipeline of large-scale projects we are seeking a driven and highly process-focused Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen our Quality Management System across the business.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to senior leadership you will take ownership of PCFs Quality Management System ensuring disciplined governance contractual compliance and structured quality assurance across multiple live projects.
This role is a 50/50 split between office and site requiring both strategic systems oversight and hands-on project engagement in a fast-paced construction environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality Systems & Governance
- Prepare site-specific Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for each new project in collaboration with the main contractor
- Implement maintain and continuously improve PCFs Quality Management System
- Ensure quality processes are practical enforced and consistently followed across all projects
- Identify system gaps and drive structured process improvements
Site & Project Assurance
- Conduct weekly audits of site teams reviewing quality data lot registers and records for accuracy and compliance
- Report audit findings trends and key risks directly to senior management
- Ensure subcontractors are compliant with PCFs quality system and that their quality documentation and records remain current and up to date
- Oversee ITP implementation inspections lot management and documentation control across live projects
- Manage NCRs corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Leadership & Capability
- Drive a disciplined process-driven quality culture across both office and site teams
- Train project teams and subcontractors on quality systems documentation standards and compliance requirements
- Ensure systems are properly implemented maintained and consistently followed
ABOUT YOU
- 510 years experience in construction quality management
- Experience within formwork reinforced concrete or major building projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and project-based QA systems
- Experience with Aconex and Visionbuild
- Highly process-driven with a disciplined approach to implementing and maintaining systems
- Confident auditing live construction sites and reporting to senior leadership
- Strong documentation reporting and analytical capability
- Comfortable working across both office and live construction sites
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence operational teams
