Role Overview

You will take ownership of several concurrent initiatives that are already in motion with responsibility for bringing them back into alignment across scope timelines and delivery expectations. Rather than focusing on technical execution your value sits in how you run projects how you engage stakeholders and how you ensure outcomes are achieved. This role requires someone who is confident operating in ambiguity able to quickly assess delivery health and implement structure where it is missing.

A major focus will be shifting behaviours across the business. You will work with stakeholders who are not always accustomed to structured project delivery and part of your role will be to set expectations around ownership accountability and contribution. This includes pushing back where required clarifying responsibilities and ensuring that work is not simply escalated to the PMO by default. Your ability to influence challenge and bring people with you will be critical.

From a delivery perspective you will sit at the centre of multiple workstreams ensuring alignment across internal teams vendors and external partners. You will manage dependencies coordinate inputs maintain visibility across risks and ensure that delivery moves forward in a controlled and predictable way. The environment is fast moving and success will come from your ability to bring order clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Establish and enforce structured delivery practices across planning tracking and reporting
• Drive clarity around roles responsibilities and accountability across stakeholders
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams vendors and third parties
• Maintain visibility across risks issues dependencies and overall project health
• Address delivery challenges including slippage poor estimation and lack of structure
• Facilitate key forums and ensure decisions are documented and progressed
• Support business readiness and adoption activities as part of overall delivery
• Contribute to the ongoing uplift of project delivery standards and practices
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all parties involved in delivery

Candidate Profile

You are a Project Manager who leads with delivery discipline. You are not reliant on perfect environments or well defined structures instead you bring the structure yourself. You are comfortable stepping into situations where projects are not tracking as they should be and quickly putting the foundations in place to regain control.

You have strong instincts around stakeholder management and are confident holding people accountable. You know how to navigate situations where responsibility is unclear or being avoided and you are comfortable challenging constructively to ensure outcomes are achieved. Your communication style is clear and outcome focused allowing you to operate effectively across both business and technology stakeholders.

You have experience working across complex environments involving multiple teams vendors and moving parts. Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries will be beneficial as will experience with system implementations data migrations or platforms such as Salesforce however these are not essential. What matters most is your ability to understand context quickly and drive delivery regardless of the domain.
