The Opportunity

As a Manager in the Business Transformation team you will play a vital role in assisting organisations deliver successful outcomes for some of the worlds largest and most complex programs be it Government Reform Power and Utilities and Infrastructure Transformation.

This role is based in Ngambri (Canberra).

Your key responsibilities

• Lead work packages independently ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with client expectations
• Effectively manage and mentor teams to foster collaboration and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
• Apply critical thinking and professional experience to advise clients on complex large-scale transformation initiatives

Skills and attributes for success

• Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of successfully managing teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively

• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problems
• The roles require Security clearances (Baseline NV1 NV2) due to the nature of the Federal client work
