What will you do
Proactively identify approach and attract top (tech) talent through LinkedIn and targeted sourcing strategies as well as by attending job fairs networking events leveraging referrals ...
Build maintain and continuously grow a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future roles
Conduct interviews via phone Teams and in person creating a positive candidate experience throughout
Assess and qualify candidates based on interviews CV reviews ...
Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
Collaborate closely with your sales colleagues and hiring managers at our partners to understand role requirements and hiring needs
Manage recruitment administration and keep candidate data accurate and up to date
Contribute to improving hiring processes employer branding and sourcing approaches
Job requirements
Your skills & qualifications
A first experience is nice to have but not essential. If youre eager to learn grow and develop yourself were happy to support you.
Youre fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
Youre flexible and adaptable comfortable with a varied role and changing priorities
You have a commercial mindset and are energized by matching the right talent with the right opportunity
You dont mind a healthy dose of interview conversations every week because you love interacting with people and making talent shine
You have a strong interest in tech and IT environments
