Urgent Opportunity Senior Talent Acquisition Professional (HR Department)
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional who is immediately available and able to operate independently within a fast-paced and demanding corporate HR environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring a senior expert who can quickly integrate and deliver results from day one.
Key responsibilities include recruitment for:
- External services (prevention nursing staff physicians etc.)
- Social secretariat roles
- Operational and internal HR profiles
Ideal candidate profile:
We are specifically looking for a senior recruiter who:
- Has solid demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
- Works autonomously and confidently within corporate environments
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders
- Is fluent in Dutch and French
- Has experience with ATS systems (experience with Workday Recruiting is a strong advantage)
Location:
Hybrid working model or on-site presence in Ghent or Brussels
Duration
- As soon as possible - 30/06/2026
- 3 months (full time)
