Urgent Opportunity Senior Talent Acquisition Professional (HR Department)
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professional who is immediately available and able to operate independently within a fast-paced and demanding corporate HR environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring a senior expert who can quickly integrate and deliver results from day one.
Ideal candidate profile: We are specifically looking for a senior recruiter who:
Has solid demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
Works autonomously and confidently within corporate environments
Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders
Is fluent in Dutch and French
Has experience with ATS systems (experience with Workday Recruiting is a strong advantage)
Location: Hybrid working model or on-site presence in Ghent or Brussels
Duration
As soon as possible - 30/06/2026
3 months (full time)
