Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for purchasing maintenance parts equipment components and consumables. Will maintain the ERP solution integrity to include inventory PMs Tasks and on-demand maintenance work activities. Heavy partnership with Maintenance Manager and technicians to effectively schedule maintenance activities to include internal M&R activities and external M&R with vendors and contractors.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

  • Maintain accuracy of the maintenance management system including facility assets PM schedules and work orders.
  • Ensure all equipment has properly planned and documented preventive maintenance through timely ERP updates.
  • Develop and manage 24 week maintenance schedules including creation of work orders in coordination with Maintenance and Engineering.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate manufacturer part numbers maintenance procedures blueprints and drawings.
  • Partner with Engineering to update PM procedures based on equipment changes or plant configuration modifications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance leaders technicians suppliers contractors and service providers to support planned and unplanned maintenance aligned with operations.
  • Ensure maintenance tasks and work orders are accurate complete and include clear detailed instructions.
  • Analyze PM reports work orders and technician feedback to improve maintenance effectiveness and scheduling efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records support parts availability audit completed work orders prepare routine reports and support Finance and audit requirements

You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience skills and qualifications

  • High School Diploma or certified equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in maintenance demand planning preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Windows Word Excel) email general office equipment (scanner/copier/fax).
  • SAP experience preferred and have the ability to learn new applications is required.
  • Highly organized detailed and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work weekends evenings and overtime assignments as required.
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment and components.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance process.
  • Demonstrate a proficiency and understanding of systems such as safety plumbing electrical mechanical and code compliance as it related to documenting procedures and developing PMs.
  • Possess an understanding of OSHA and GMP regulations.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
