Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design develop and customize Odoo modules
- Analyze and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support ERP migration activities (data migration interfaces testing)
- Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical best practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards
- Support deployment performance optimization and go-live preparation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Strong backend development experience with Python (5 years preferred)
- Solid understanding of OOP and modular architecture
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience in system migrations or legacy modernization projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Fluency in English is required
Ideally:
- Hands-on experience with Odoo development and familiarity with Odoo ORM QWeb and module architecture
- Previous experience in ERP migrations or legacy system replacements
- German language skills
