Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design develop and customize Odoo modules in line with business needs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable high-quality technical solutions
- Lead and support ERP migration projects (data migration integrations testing and validation)
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and external APIs
- Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best development practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure clean maintainable and high-performance code
- Support deployment processes performance optimization and go-live activities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Hands-on experience with Odoo development (mandatory) including strong knowledge of Odoo ORM QWeb and module architecture
- Strong backend development experience with Python
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and modular design principles
- Experience with ERP systems or other enterprise-level applications
- Proven experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience with system migrations or legacy system modernization
- Professional working proficiency in English
Ideally:
- Previous experience in ERP migration projects or full system replacements
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scaling of Odoo environments
- Knowledge of German is a strong advantage
