Job Summary
The opportunity
Were looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Auckland team based in East Tamaki. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships managing end-to-end recruitment and influencing great recruitment outcomes across a diverse portfolio of roles.
Youll work closely with leaders across the business partnering on hiring needs delivering great candidate experiences and helping to lift recruitment capability and best practice.
What youll be doing
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a mix of blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Sourcing screening interviewing and managing candidates through to offer stage.
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to support hiring decisions.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Supporting broader talent initiatives such as employer branding attraction campaigns expos and recruitment projects.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
5 years experience in an internal or agency recruitment role.
Experience recruiting across high-volume operational or multi-site environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
A proactive organised and solutions-focused approach.
A passion for candidate care and delivering quality hiring outcomes.
