We are hiring for both day shift and night shifts (20% shift differential is paid for working the night shift).

What You Will Do as a Wirecut Operator:
Perform secondary operationson medical and precision products using ultrasonic cleaners drying ovens bead blasting units tumblers and hand tools.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using microscopes calipers micrometers indicators and optical comparators.
Operate computer systems (Microsoft Word Excel Access) for data entry paperwork inventory and lot tracking.
Pack finished product and prepare it for shipment; pick parts from stock and maintain inventory counts.
Complete accurate Device History Records (DHRs) scrap reports and other documentation.
Comply with all company quality system standards safety and security procedures.
Maintain a clean orderly and safe work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to our Team:
High attention to detail with strong visual inspection skills.
Basic math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Access.
Ability to work effectively in a clean room environment.
Strong written verbal or other forms of communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems.
Must be a U.S. citizen or be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Ability to wear personal protection equipment such as earplugs safety glasses and safety shoes.
Ability to stand sit stool kneel or work in bent positions for up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with control and unassisted.
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience working in manufacturing service clerical or related fields is a plus.
