Our Maintenance teams are a critical part of our communities and we provide the support tools and leadership opportunities needed for success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and support maintenance staff including scheduling and delegation of work orders
- Inspect completed maintenance work and ensure quality standards
- Oversee service requests including HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance repairs
- Train and mentor new and existing maintenance team members
- Participate in interviewing and hiring maintenance staff
- Assist with maintenance budget planning and cost management.

Qualifications :
We are seeking a maintenance leader with strong technical knowledge and team leadership experience.
- Experience in apartment hotel hospital or hospitality maintenance
- Supervisory experience in leading a maintenance team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer serivce abilities
- EPA certification or HVAC certification preferred
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
