Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and repairing interior and exterior finishes throughout the facility including painting touchups surface repairs and special projects. Uses various painting techniques mixes and matches colors and handles hazardous materials safely.
Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance of wallpaper paint and furniture. Touch-up hotel casino back of house restaurants and throughout facility.
- Repainting of curbs traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility.
- Maintain all finishes throughout hotel casino back of house and restaurants.
- Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors.
- Assist in all special projects.
- Ability to use airless spraying equipment.
- Ability to mix and match colors.
- Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop.
- Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to be alert in a high-risk environment; follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitor gauges instruments or processes; concentrate on routine work details and organize and maintain a system of records.
- Able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; establish high standards and measures; do work right the first time and inspect material for flaws; test new methods thoroughly; reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of four years experience.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
