What will be your mission
You will own the end-to-end B2B CVM strategy across Mobile Fixed and ICT. Your goal Reduce churn maximize value and drive performance.
- Lead and Inspire:Youll lead a high-performing team of 7 experts (Specialists and a Data Scientist). Your job is to set the direction and help them grow.
- Strategy into Action:You define and execute lifecycle interventions that keep our customers happy and loyal.
- Data-Driven Performance:In close collaboration with our AI and Business Performance teams youll build advanced targeting capabilities.
- Collaboration is Key:Youll be the bridge between segment teams proposition experts and sales channels to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Report & Optimize:Youll keep our senior leadership in the loop on performance and never stop looking for ways to optimize our results.
What do we expect from you
- CVM Expertise:A strong background in CVM lifecycle management or retention marketing (ideally from Telco or a subscription-based B2B world).
- Leadership Power:Experience in leading teams and setting a clear strategic vision.
- Analytical Mindset:You are comfortable with data and can easily translate it into smart commercial decisions.
- Tech-Savvy:Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
