Restaurant Supervisor

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor youll be the person helping the restaurant run smoothly and making sure the energy on the floor is exactly where it should be.

Youll:

• Lead the front-of-house team during service
• Create a warm relaxed and welcoming experience for guests
• Support and motivate the team so everyone delivers great hospitality
• Bring energy to pre-service briefings and keep the team aligned
• Help guests navigate the menu and nutrition concept
• Work closely with the manager to keep operations organised and running smoothly

• In short youll help turn a good lunch service into a great restaurant experience.

You might currently be:

• A restaurant supervisor
• A hotel F&B supervisor
• A café manager or team leader
• Or someone ready to step up into their next leadership role

The important things are:

   Enjoy engaging with guests
   Know how to lead a team during service
   Take pride in doing things properly
