What Youll Do
As the first hire in this new function you will own the end-to-end commercial enablement strategy. You will translate our global GTM strategy into practical seller-ready tools that drive measurable revenue productivity.
Own the Curriculum: Design and manage the onboarding journey and continuous learning pathways for our sales and account management teams. Youll ensure our reps arent just trained but are truly accredited and driving outcomes.
The Tooling Guru: Drive the adoption and best-practice usage of a world-class tech stack including Gong Avarra (AI coaching) and UserGems. Youll diagnose adoption gaps and fix them.
Bridge Product & Sales: Act as the primary link between our Product teams and the frontline. When a new feature drops you ensure the sales team knows exactly how to position it to prospect and existing clients.
Manager-Led Reinforcement: Empower our frontline managers with train-the-trainer models giving them the coaching frameworks they need to lead high-performing teams.
This is a founding role with high-level visibility (reporting to Olivia Radcliffe and supporting our senior-most leaders). You arent just delivering training; you are architecting the behavior change tools and strategies that will define how Third Bridge sells and grows in our next chapter.

The Background: You bring a proven track record in a frontline commercial roles (Sales or Account Management) allowing you to walk your talk.
Enablement Expertise: Deep experience in Sales Enablement Commercial Training or Revenue Productivity ideally within SaaS Market Intelligence or Content Subscription.
Influencing Power: You can work up and downcollaborating with C-suite stakeholders one hour and coaching a new junior associate the next.
The Diagnostic Mindset: You dont just see a lack of tool usage or training as a problem; you investigate the why and create the solution to change behaviours.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms is highly beneficial. You are comfortable leveraging AI-enabled selling workflows to gain an edge.
A Blank Canvas: As the first hire in this function you will shape our enablement strategy and work hand-in-hand with commercial leadership to ensure what good looks like is a reality not just an aspiration.
