Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integrated plan for Tax Reform ensuring governance risk management milestones interdependencies and clear communication across all involved areas.
- Conduct PMO routines such as steering committees status reports risk reviews and decision forums ensuring crossfunctional alignment.
- Map ASIS and TOBE processes evaluating impacts risks interdependencies and opportunities for transformation.
- Support technology and digital transformation initiatives connected to Finance and Tax Reform.
- Develop documentation training materials and PMO governance standards.
- Actively participate in Finance and Technology transformation forums.
- Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs (BI) to support progress visibility and strategic decisionmaking.
- Adopt a holistic approach to solve business complexities across Finance Tax and Technology.
- Promote a datadriven and AIoriented management culture enabling smart decisionmaking is a plus.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree (Engineering Business Administration Economics Project Management Technology or related fields)
Certifications in PMO or Project Management (PMP PMIACP PMOCP PRINCE2 SAFe) are highly valued
Problem-solving Organized Team work Negotiation and Innovation
Previous experience with project management methodology and tools (BI Figma is a plus)
Experience in project governance PMO frameworks and transformation programs
ERP Literate (SAP HANA is a plus)
