You will work closely with your colleagues within the Global Sourcing Excellence team to plan conduct and follow-up activities to cover Global Sourcing needs your daily work you will collaborate with multiple colleagues within Global Sourcing and from other Axis functions as well as with external contacts related to systems.

Your contribution to Global Sourcing is of high importance to secure data quality and that we have system solutions so support that we work in an efficient and aligned way which will be crucial to support our companys growth and manage internal as well as external requirements.

What youll do here as a Sourcing System & Data Specialist
Through internal and external collaboration and networking you will

drive and implement continuous improvements related to system and data. These could be smaller activities or larger projects.

act within Global Sourcing to secure that implemented ways of working in systems are complied with and that data is used as expected.

take overall ownership of Global Sourcing BI solutions.

actively represent Global Sourcing in cross-functional forums and activities related to system and data either by driving the activity or participating as a member.

act as System administrator in systems used by Global Sourcing managing business configurations in alignment with other business functions and IT.

conduct gap analysis of data in our systems and drive data cleansing activities to secure data quality.

support colleagues and conduct trainings of our systems as well as do communications when needed.

develop system and data documentation.

Who are we looking for/Who are you

We believe you are a relationship builder with good communication skills who enjoys collaboration and alignment. You make things happen! You eagerly deep-dive into the details but can easily shift to see the big picture and understand system dependencies. You are a well-structured and result-oriented person with a keen interest in system and data as well as continuous improvements.

You have good understanding of sourcing and supply chain system and data needs.

Wed love to hear that you have/are:

• A keen interest in data quality logic and system dependencies.
• Minimum 2 years experience within sourcing/supply chain focusing on system and data
• Excellent experience of working in ERP PLM and BI solutions preferably IFS Windchill and Power BI
• Experience of working in Ivalua and Confluence
• Excellent MS office skills in particular Excel.
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at the time and prioritize effectively.
• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and develop both yourself and others.
