As an Inside Sales Specialist you are responsible for preparation of timely quotes for customers and accurate entry of orders into the system including updates where required.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor this role functions as the primary point of contact for customers in obtaining Quote and order status milestone tracking and any other required updates from time of quote receipt through order acknowledgement and until final shipment.
This opportunity provides the ability to manage the daily workload and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while interfacing with cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering Quality Manufacturing and Management) to review projects and develop a plan of action prior to quotation and after receipt of order.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service experience with 3 years experience working with instrumentation in a relevant role and/or industry.
- Experience in using ERP and CRM Systems.
- Degree or Engineering/Technical Qualification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics for sales strategy development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Able to quickly learn & utilize business software and internal programs.
The Successful Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Good communication skills customer focused strong multitasker and good at executing tasks
- Proactive approach to challenges in order to find solutions to customer issue
- Motivated self-starter able to work independently and with a team.
- Must be thorough accurate and organized with a strong attention to detail.
