Payroll, Time & Attendance Specialist

ThePeople Services & Operationsteam (including Payroll) plays a critical role in delivering consistent high-quality HR services across a range of advisory and administrative functions. This role focuses on supporting and executing established HR solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Work independently within defined guidelines to complete tasks in Payroll and Time & Attendance

• Apply practical knowledge of systems procedures and compliance requirements

• Evaluate and select solutions from known alternatives within the area of expertise

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

We are looking for:

• 3 year of experience in payroll timekeeping or a related HR operations role

• Strong understanding of payroll systems labor regulations and compliance standards

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Workday - HRIS and time tracking systems

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
