Part-Time Dental Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Gain and maintain strong understanding of dental laboratory products digital dentistry workflows scanning systems implants and prosthetic solutions

• Use in person visits presentations demos and follow-up to grow revenue and market share

• Leverage selling skills marketing campaigns and technical insight to generate opportunities

• Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals activity metrics and territory targets. Track sales activities progress and pipeline through CRM tools

• Work as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory ensuring clear communication and seamless service

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape and provide insights to leadership

• Collaborate closely with internal lab team to support customer needs and resolve issues

• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications :

• Previous work experience in business to business outside sales experience preferably within the dental medical device or healthcare services field preferred

• Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory

• Previous experience selling to dental offices dental labs and medical professionals

• Familiarity with digital workflows intraoral scanners implants or cosmetic restorative dentistry

• Strong budget development oversight and sales management skills

• Strong written/oral communication and a customer-first mindset

• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); CRM experience (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) preferred

• Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory accommodating overnight stays as needed

• Must possess a valid drivers license and pass a company MVR check

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Additional Information :

Pay: CA$17.85 - CA$26.00 uncapped commissions
