The Transactional Operations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across all transactions processed within the hub. This position is responsible for providing guidance to hub members overseeing day-to-day operations and driving continuous improvement of processes that support sales and marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage and monitor the end-to-end execution of all hub transactions ensuring accuracy timeliness and adherence to established standards.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement implement best practices and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality of sales and marketing support transactions.
Team Guidance: Provide clear direction and support to hub members. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on delivering exceptional results.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to communicate transaction volumes process health and improvement outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with sales and marketing teams to understand requirements resolve issues and ensure hub operations align with business objectives.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all transactions comply with Pfizer policies and quality standards.
Promote ongoing learning and skill development within the team.
Qualifications
5 years of in process coordination operational management or business support functions preferably within sales and marketing environments.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
Proficiency with transactional and workflow management systems.
Demonstrate Problem Solving and continuous improvement skills
